Technical condition requirements for removed Common Rail injectors
1. The unit must not be strongly corroded or burnt out. 2. The body and the fixing points must not be damaged. 3. No visible signs of part removal. 4. The electrical connections and plugs must not be removed or damaged. 5. Threads and fuel piping must not be deformed. 6. The injector sprayer may be damaged. 7. The number on the body must be legible and comply with the catalogue number. 8. The index of the returned core must comply with the index of the purchased final product.
Unacceptable examples
Incomplete core, disassembled into components - unacceptable
Mechanical damage - unacceptable.
Injector with clear traces of corrosion on the housing, electrical connector or visible corrosion inside the injector - unacceptable
Permanent marking - not acceptable
Painted core - unacceptable
Core without a label or with a damaged label, making it impossible to identify the part number - not acceptable
Protective caps on the high-pressure coupling - required. It is also recommended to plug the return overflow connector. You can use the plugs from the new injector.
