Technical condition requirements for removed starters

1. The core should be clean, without any residue of lubricants, petroleum or oil, etc.

2. The product must be complete, assembled and unmodified, should have all original or identical parts. It should have no signs of disassembly.

3. The starter pinion must not be overheated (purple color), mechanically damaged and heavily corroded.

4. The attachments of the starter must not be broken or damaged.

5. Return of the core is possible:

- in original Bosch packaging: the used part must be equivalent to the purchased product, the part may be of so-called foreign production or IAM replacement

- in replacement packaging with a clearly marked Bosch number: the used part must have a legible manufacturer's number on it for identification and this number must be in the Bosch BX replacement database

7 It is possible to accept cores of the same application without numbers or with numbers that do not cross the BX product in the Bosch product database, provided that they are returned in the original BX box bearing the No. 0 986 0XX XXX of the previously purchased product and having a bar code.
