1. The returned removed part (core) must be an equivalent of the purchased product under the TR sale formula. It is recommended to deliver the part in the original packaging of the purchased product. If the original packaging is not available, the returned part must be explicitly marked with the index of the purchased product.2. According to the environment protection regulations, the cores shall be protected and packed in such a way that they cannot contaminate the environment. The removed parts (e.g. power steering gears, pumps, air conditioning compressors) shall be delivered without the working medium. The connections shall be closed using plugs, e.g. from the purchased products.3. We can accept only complete, not dismantled parts which comply with the technical requirements as specified below.

Technical condition requirements for removed VP, VE, VR in-line injection pumps

1. The core must have a legible manufacturer number. 2. The index of the returned core (OE number) must match the index of the purchased final product. 3. The core must be clean, without any traces of lubricants, petroleum, oil, etc. 4. The returned core must not be sandblasted, ground or brushed. 5. The product must be complete, assembled and unmodified and must have all original or identical parts. It must not show any signs of disassembly. 6. The core must be returned in its original packaging (protected with stiffening elements that protect against transport damage). 7. If there is a risk of leakage of operating fluids, the product should be placed in a poly bag. 8. The core must not be mechanically damaged, heavily corroded or burned. 9. Fixing points and protruding elements must not be damaged. 10. Electrical connections, cables and plugs must not be broken or damaged. 11. Threaded connections must not be damaged. 12.The contact surfaces must not be deformed or damaged.
