Technical condition requirements for removed Common Rail injectors
1. The unit must not be strongly corroded or burnt out.
2. The housing and fixing points must not be damaged.
3. No visible signs of part removal.
4. The electrical connections and plugs must not be removed or damaged.
5. Threads and fuel piping may not be deformed.
6. The injector sprayer may be damaged.
7. The number on the housing must be legible and comply with the catalogue number. 8. The index of the returned core must comply with the index of the purchased final product.
