Technical condition requirements for removed compressed air compressors

1. The shaft and shaft thread may not be damaged.

2. The compressor shall be complete and not dismantled.

3. The head may not be cracked or deformed.

4. The body, fixtures and assembling holes may not be damaged or deformed.

5. The hole threads may not be damaged or deformed 

6. The compressor must have a Knorr or Wabco nameplate, cores from other manufacturers will not be accepted.

7. The index of the returned core must comply with the index of the purchased final product.


Failures not acceptable:
1. Mechanical Damage on (Crank case, cylinder head, crankshaft)
a) Deep cracks
b) Big, deep hits
c) Deformed mounting holes

Damaged ports/sensors not accepted:
1. Massive Corrosion
2. Incompleteness - Disassembled/incomplete core
