Technical condition requirements for removed compressed air compressors

1. The shaft and its thread must not be damaged. 2. The compressor must be complete and not be disassembled into its components. 3. The head must not be cracked or deformed. 4. The housing, the fixtures and the assembling holes of the compressor must not be damaged or deformed. 5. The threads in the holes must not be damaged or deformed. 6. The compressor must have a Knorr or Wabco nameplate, cores from other manufacturers will not be accepted. 7. The index of the returned core must comply with the index of the purchased final product. Requirements for the technical condition of dismantled compressed air compressors when returning the WABCO core. Basic requirements for cores: 1. Mechanical damage (crankcase, cylinder head, crankshaft) a) deep cracks b) the core must not have any damage: big, deep hits. c) deformed mounting holes d) damaged ports/sensors 2. Too strong (deep) corrosion. 3. Incomplete - dismantled.
