Technical condition requirements for removed alternators
1. Index of the returned core must be compatible with or reference to the index of the finished product purchased.
2. The core should have the original label / manufacturer's plate O.E. placed on the core body. OE numbers must be legible. The illegible cores, the original manufacturer's label and the parts being a copy of products made by producers of the type "O.E" are not accepted.
3. The returned core must be complete and not laid out on part.
4. The returned core can not have external mechanical damage.
Unacceptable examples
The index of the returned core must be compatible or interchangeable with the index of the finished product and must be on the list of indexes to be returned
Non-genuine core - unacceptable
Incomplete core - unacceptable
Incomplete core (plastic cover) - unacceptable
Damaged case / fastenings - unacceptable
Severe corrosion / Burnt - unacceptable
No original label - unacceptable
