Technical condition requirements for removed electric steering gears

1. External casing, body mounting brackets or bolt openings, valve cover must not be cracked or deformed.

2. Electrical connections must not be damaged.

3. Splined teeth, threaded holes and steering rods must not be damaged or beheaded. 

4. The transmission must not be heavily corroded (disturbance of the stability of the structure). 

5 The index of the returned core must be in line with the finished product index. 

NO CONTROL OF THE STRIP STAND IS NEEDED.
