Technical condition requirements for removed recirculators

The basis for accepting the recycle for regeneration is its completeness (body and throttle) and no mechanical damage. The scanner should be carefully inspected and checked to see that there are no signs of cracks, tearing off bolts, holes, longitudinal transverse welds to repair the body, pitting. 

Check the damper if there is a valve on it and check the mechanical condition of the damper as well as the body. 

It must not be mechanically damaged, cracked, broken or deformed.

It can not be heavily corroded or burned.

It must be complete equipped with a valve (lever and closing mechanism).

It can not be mechanically damaged - cracked, leaky, broken or deformed.

All fixings must be solid. The compressor must be complete and not laid down for components.
