Technical condition requirements for removed power steering gear

1. The outer casing, body mounting brackets or screw holes must not be cracked or deformed.

2. Spline teeth, threaded holes and tie rods must not be damaged or sheared off.

3. The gear must not be heavily corroded (violation of structural stability). The gearbox body must not bear traces of mechanical damage, e.g. cracks.

4. Wires cannot be bent or dismantled.

5. The index of the returned core must be consistent with the index of the purchased finished product.

6. The gearbox must be complete and assembled.

7. The core must be returned in its original packaging.
