Technical condition requirements for removed steering for commericial vehicles
1. The core should have a red heel that is supplied with the new item. In the absence of overhang, the core should be marked with a substitute label with part number.
2. The return core index must match or be interchangeable with the index of the purchased finished product.
3. The core should be emptied of the working fluid and drained before returning.
4. Holes, threads and nuts must be protected by guards from a new gearbox.
5. The returned core can not be strongly corroded.
6. The element-fixing threads must not be damaged, deformed.
7. The shaft can not bear traces of mechanical damage, deformation.
8. The core must be complete and assembled.
