Technical condition requirements for removed compressed air compressors

1. The core must be complete and not disassembled. 2. The crankshaft is not broken, without any visible cracks or holes. 3. The core is not damaged by non-operational causes such as rust, rough handling or fire. 4. The crankshaft must not have a damaged threads, damaged pulleys or damaged splines caused by loose drive hubs/pulleys. The Crankshaft must not be dimensioned (rotation is manual). 5. The flange surfaces of the crankcase must not be broken, the sides and base flange of the crankcase must not have any broken or cracked areas. 6. There should be no cracks in the compressor’s head and no frost cracks on the water ports. 7. The index of the returned core must match the index of the purchased final product. 8. We only accept compressor cores from the following brands: Wabco, Knorr Bremse and/or OEM (Scania, Mercedes-Benz, DAF, MAN, Iveco, Volvo, Renault).
