Technical condition requirements for removed power steering gears
1. The returned core must be complete, not dismantled parts, without any
mechanical damage.
2. Power steering valve, pinion shaft, rack, boots may not be damaged,
bent, deformed, cranked, incomplete.
3. Pressure lines can not be cut, deformed, incomplete.
4. Gear housing, brackets, bolt holes and threads must not be cracked or
deformed.
5. Cores subjected to previous regeneration/renovation are not accepted.
6. Index of the returned core must match the index of the purchased
final product.
