Technical condition requirements for removed Common Rail injection pumps

1. The housing of the pump must not be damaged, heavily corroded or burnt out. 2. Attachment points and protruding parts must not be damaged. 3. There must not be any obvious signs or traces of disassembly of the pump components. 4. Electrical connections or plugs must not be broken or damaged. 5. Threaded connections must not be damaged. 6. The contact surfaces must not be deformed or damaged. 7. The manufacturer/reference number on the housing must be legible and consistent with the catalogue number.
