Technical condition requirements for removed turbocompressors
1. Any mechanical damage or even lack of the sensor will be not accepted
Sensor should be complete and not broken
2.The actuator must not be dented or deformed
3.Actuator should have not any mechanical damage, e.g.:
• broken plug
• broken plug
• broken pins
• cracked housing
• broken or missed tie rod
• broken plug
• broken plug
• broken pins
4. The turbocharger should be complete
and should have no parts missed or damaged, e.g.:
• broken exhaust
• broken connector between exhaust and manifold
• broken connector between exhaust and manifold
• dented flange
• missed pressure tube
• missed actuator
• missed tie-rod
• missed intake pipe
• missed actuator
• missed tie-rod
• missed intake pipe
