Technical condition requirements for removed Common Rail injection pumps

1. The pump body cannot be damaged, strongly corroded or burnt out.

2. The fixation points and external parts cannot be damaged.

3. No visible signs of pump part removal.

4. The electrical connections and plugs may not be removed or damaged.

5. The screw connections cannot be damaged.

6. The contact surfaces cannot be deformed or damaged.

7. The manufacturer's (OE number) / reference number on the body must be legible and comply with the catalogue number.

8. The goods must be returned in original packaging (applicable for Bosch only).
