2. The core should have the original label / manufacturer's plate O.E. placed on the core body. OE numbers must be legible. The illegible cores, the original manufacturer's label and the parts being a copy of products made by producers of the type "O.E" are not accepted. 

3. The returned core must be complete and undamaged. 

4. The returned core must not have external mechanical damage.
