Technical condition requirements for removed starters
1. The returned core must be the equivalent of - a replacement for the purchased final product.
2. The core should have the original O.E. manufacturer's label/nameplate located on the core housing. The OE numbers must be legible. Cores with an illegible original manufacturer's label and parts that are copies of products manufactured by "O.E" manufacturers are not accepted.
3. The returned core must be complete and not disassembled.
4. The returned core must not have any external mechanical damage.
5. It is recommended to return the item in its original packaging, however, it can also be returned in a replacement packaging marked with an index.
