1. The returned core must be complete and not be disassembled into its components. 2. The index of the returned core must match in the index of the purchased product. 3. Only original Voith cores are returned (replacements are not accepted). 4. The core should have a nameplate. If the core does not have a plate but visually corresponds to a new compressor, it can be accepted.
