Technical condition requirements for removed drive shafts

1. The core must have a legible manufacturer's number.

2. The index of the returned core must be consistent with the index of the purchased finished product.

3. The core should be clean with no residue of grease, oil or oil, etc.

4. The returned core must not be sanded, sanded or brushed.

5. The product must be complete, assembled and unmodified, with all original or identical parts. It should not have any traces of disassembly.

6. The core must be returned in its original packaging (secured with stiffening elements to protect against transport damage).

7. Plastic caps should be placed on the connection pipes.

8. If there is a risk of leakage of operating fluids, the product should be placed in a plastic bag.

9. Deep corrosion of the inner surface of the plunger is allowed.

10. The clamp body must not be cracked, broken or deformed.

11. The body of the clamp must not be strongly corroded or burnt (violation of the stability of the clamp structure)

12. The motor housing of the electric clamp may be cracked but must be installed.

13. A core without any markings will be accepted only if it looks identical to the finished product.
