Technical condition requirements for removed power steering pumps

1. The outer casing, mounting brackets for the body or bolt holes must not be cracked or deformed.

2. Threaded holes must not be damaged or be cut.

3. The pump can not be heavily corroded (disturbing the stability of the structure).

4. The pump with the tank should have a plug, the tank should not be cracked.

5. The core must be complete and assembled.

6. Electrical connections must not be damaged or thermally deformed.

7. Plugs on the wiring harness must not be damaged or cut off.

8. The pump body must not have any mechanical damage.

9. The number of the manufacturer of the returned part placed on the housing must be legible and compatible or be interchangeable with the index of the finished finished product.
