Technical condition requirements for removed power steering gears

The index of the returned core must comply with the index of the purchased final product. The supplier requires that the index bought and returned needs to stay the same (i.e. Lau 66.0731 = Lau 66.0731). 
If this condition is not met, the core will be rejected.


1. The external housing, assembling brackets and bolt holes may not be cracked or deformed.

2. Movable mechanisms (shaft) may not be seized/blocked.

3. The gear may not be strongly corroded (structure stability disturbance).

4. It is allowed that - the splines teeth may be damaged or sheared.

5. It is allowed that - the cables may be bent or removed.
