Technical condition requirements for removed power steering gears

The index of the returned core must comply with the index of the purchased final product. The supplier requires that the bought index and the returned index need to stay the same (i.e. Lau 66.0731 = Lau 66.0731). If this condition is not met, the core will be rejected.

1. The external housing, assembling brackets and bolt holes may not be cracked or deformed. 
2. The gear must not be strongly corroded (structure stability disturbance). 
3. The splines teeth must not be damaged or sheared. 
4. The cables may be bent or removed.
