Technical condition requirements for removed power steering pumps

1.The external housing, the housing mounting brackets and the screw holes must not be cracked or deformed. 
2. The moving mechanisms (axles) must not be seized/blocked. 
3. The threaded holes must not be damaged or sheared. 
4. The pump must not be strongly corroded (violation of the stability of the structure). 5. Pumps supplied with a pulley must be returned with an undamaged pulley. 
6. Pumps with tanks must be equipped with a plug, the tank must not be cracked, and the piping must not be broken. 
7. The manufacturer number of the returned part on the housing must be legible and consistent or interchangeable with the index of the purchased part. 
8. The ZF-manufacturer label is required. 
9. If there is no label, the core may be returned in the original packaging with index.
