Technical condition requirements for removed Common Rail injectors

1. The core can not be heavily corroded or burned.

2. The body and fixing points must not be damaged. 

3. The core must be complete, undamaged and can not have any visible signs of disassembly. 

4. Electrical connections and plugs must not be removed or damaged.

5. Threads and fuel lines must not be deformed.

6. The injector tip must not be damaged (the nozzle and nut protecting the nozzle must not be damaged).

7. The producer's number (OE number) must be legible and consistent with the catalog number of the finished product purchased.
