Technical condition requirements for removed compressed air compressors

1. The core must be complete and disassembled.

2. The crankshaft is not broken, without any visible cracks or holes.

3. Core is not damaged by non-operational causes such as rust, rough handling or fire.

4. The crankshaft must not have a damaged thread the pulley and damaged key slot caused by loose drive hubs/pulleys.Crankshaft not be sized  (rotation manualy worked).

5. Crankcase can not be broken flange surfaces, crankcase have not be any broken or cracked sides and base flange.

6. Compressor’s head not be cracked and not be have freeze cracks around water ports. 

7. The index of the returned core must comply with the index of the purchased final product.

8. We accept only the following brands of the compressors’ cores:  Wabco, Knorr Bremse and/or OEM (Scania, Mercedes-Benz, DAF, MAN, Iveco, Volvo, Renault).
