Cerințele referitoare la starea tehnică a injectoarelor Common Rail

1. Injectorul nu poate fi corodat puternic sau ars.

2. Carcasa și locurile de înșurubare nu pot fi deteriorate.

3. Lipsa unor evidente urme de demontarea elementelor componente.

5. Fileturile și evacuările de combustibil nu pot fi deteriorate.

6. Capătul de injector poate fi deteriorat.

7. Numărul  amplasat pe carcasă, trebuie să fie lizibil și să corespundă numărului din catalog.

8. Indexul miezului returnat trebuie să corespundă cu indexul produsului finit cumpărat.

Protective caps on the high-pressure coupling - required. It is also recommended to plug the return overflow connector. You can use the plugs from the new injector.
