Zahteve glede tehničnega stanja odmontiranih injektorjev Common Rail

1. Injektor ne sme biti močno korodiran ali po pregorenju

2. Ohišje in mesta privitja ne smejo biti poškodovani.

3. Bez evidentnih znakov, sledi demontaže elementov.

4. Električne povezave ali vtičnice ne smejo biti razrahljane ali poškodovane.

5. Navoji in odvodi goriva ne smejo biti deformirani.

6. Konćnica injektorja je lahko poškodovana.

7. Blago mora biti vrnjeno zapakirano v originalnih embalažnih enotah (velja za znamko Bosch)

8. Številka na ohišju mora biti čitljiva in skladna s kataloško številko.

9. Indeks vrnjenega jedra mora biti skladen z indeksom kupljenega gotovega izdelka.
