1. Skladno s formulo prodaje TR mora biti vrnjeni odstranjeni sestavni del (jedro) enakovreden kupljenemu izdelku. Sestavni del je priporočljivo dostaviti v originalni embalaži kupljenega izdelka. Če originalna embalaža ni na voljo, mora biti vrnjeni del izrecno označen z indeksom kupljenega izdelka.

2. Skladno s predpisi o varstvu okolja morajo biti jedra zaščitena in pakirana tako, da je onesnaženje okolja izključeno. Odstranjeni deli (npr. volanski prenosi, črpalke, kompresorji klimatskih naprav) morajo biti dostavljeni brez delovnega medija. Priključki morajo biti zaprti s čepi, npr. tistimi od kupljenih izdelkov.

3. Sprejmemo lahko samo celotne dele, ki niso razstavljeni in so skladni s spodaj navedenimi tehničnimi zahtevami.
