Technical condition requirements for removed steering for commericial vehicles

1. The core should have a red label that is supplied with the new item. If the label is missing, the core should be marked with a replacement label with a part number. 2. The index of the returned core must match or be interchangeable with the index of the purchased final product. 3. The core should be emptied of the working fluid and drained before returning it. 4. Holes, threads and nuts must be protected by covers from a new gearbox. 5. The returned core must not be strongly corroded. 6. Fasteners and threads must not be damaged or deformed. 7. The shaft must not show traces of mechanical damage or deformation. 8. The core must be complete and assembled.
