1. The returned, removed part (core) must be the equivalent of the purchased product covered by the TR sales form and it is advisable to deliver it in the packaging after the purchased copy. In the absence of the original packaging, the returned part must be clearly described by the index of the purchased product.

2. In accordance with environmental protection regulations, cores should be protected and packed in such a way that they do not pollute the environment. From dismantled parts (eg steering gears with power steering, pumps, air conditioning compressors), remove the remaining working medium and plug the sockets with the plugs removed, for example, from the purchased goods.

3. Only a complete part, not broken down into components and meeting the following technical requirements, can be accepted.

1. Ringlussevõetud korpuse tootekood (OE-number) peab vastama ostetud toote koodile. 2. Kaup tuleb tagastada originaalpakendis (kehtib Boschi toodete kohta). 3. Tagastatud korpus peab olema terviklik, mitte osadeks lahti võetud. 4. Mehaanilised kahjustused või vigastatud pinnakonstruktsioonid ei ole lubatud. 5. Klapil ei tohi olla sügavaid mehaanilisi defekte, pragusid ega muid kahjustusi. Komplekti iga osa tuleb hinnata eraldi, mistõttu pole komplekti terviklikkus oluline. Hindamise käigus tuleb osad komplektist eraldada ja neid eraldi hinnata.
