GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING ADBLUE CORES: 1. Returned used products must bear the original equipment (OE) part number. Copies of OE products will not be accepted. The index of the returned core must match the index of the purchased item. 2. Used products must be complete, fully assembled. Burnt products or any used products that have been damaged or destroyed as a result of improper handling during disassembly, operation or transport will not be accepted. Examples of this are: a damaged or burnt electronic socket, damaged connector socket, liquid entering the electronic part, damage to the housing. 3. No previous attempts to rebuild the item have been made. 4. Rust on the outer surface of the components is acceptable. Internal surfaces and components may only show traces of rust. Large traces of rust due to improper storage are unacceptable.
