Fuel injection control unit
1. The returned, removed part (core) must be the equivalent of the purchased product covered by the TR sales form and it is advisable to deliver it in the packaging after the purchased copy. In the absence of the original packaging, the returned part must be clearly described by the index of the purchased product.2. In accordance with environmental protection regulations, cores should be protected and packed in such a way that they do not pollute the environment. From dismantled parts (eg steering gears with power steering, pumps, air conditioning compressors), remove the remaining working medium and plug the sockets with the plugs removed, for example, from the purchased goods.3. Only a complete part, not broken down into components and meeting the following technical requirements, can be accepted.
Technical conditions requirements for removed fuel injection control units
1. The recycled core (OE number) must match the index of the product purchased. 2. Goods must be returned in original packaging (applies to the Bosch brand) .3. The returned core must be complete, not disassembled into its components.4. Mechanical damage and defects on the surface structure are not acceptable. 5. The valve must not have any deep mechanical defects, cracks or breaks. Each part of the set must be assessed individually, therefore it is irrelevant whether the set of parts is complete. During identification, parts from the set must be separated and evaluated as individual parts.
