Requirements for the technical condition of dismantled electric steering gears
1. The outer housing, body mounting brackets or screw holes, valve cover shall not be cracked or deformed.
2. Electrical connectors shall not be damaged.
3. Spline teeth, threaded holes as well as steering rods shall not be damaged or beveled.
4. The gearbox must not be severely corroded (violation of structural stability).
5. The index of the returned core must be consistent with the index of the finished product.
NO INSPECTION OF THE CONDITION OF THE STRIP IS REQUIRED
