1. Housing, Brackets, and Threaded Holes

The outer housing, body mounting brackets, and bolt holes must not be cracked or deformed. The pump housing must be free from any mechanical damage. All threaded holes must be functional—not damaged, worn, or sheared.

2. Fluid Reservoir

For pumps integrated with a reservoir, the reservoir must not be cracked or damaged, and the pump must always have the original cap.

3. Electrical Components and Plugs

Electrical connectors and plugs on the wiring harness must not show any signs of critical mechanical damage or thermal deformation (melting). Completely damaged or severed plugs are strictly prohibited. Minor damage to positioning or securing elements (e.g., a broken housing latch) is acceptable, provided this damage allows for full, stable, and secure seating of the plug in the socket and ensures proper pump operation according to the manufacturer's specifications.

4. Corrosion Protection and Completeness

The pump must not be severely corroded (rust is not permitted to compromise the structural stability). The core must be returned complete and fully assembled. Disassembling any parts will preclude acceptance.

5. Identification

Only 100% original factory cores are accepted. Any aftermarket replacements, unauthorized copies, or cores of unknown origin are subject to immediate disqualification. The numbers of the returned pump must strictly match the product index of the purchased product.
