Pneimatiskā piekare - ARNOTT
Pneumatic suspension
In the core regeneration process, Arnott uses only cores from original products. For this reason, Arnott does not accept returns on parts classified as non-genuine cores. As part of the company's policy, the deposit is only refundable when cores classified as OE are returned. If non-original cores are returned, the deposit will not be refunded. These criteria are necessary to ensure high quality remanufactured components that meet the criteria and ensure the functionality of OE components. Characteristics of non-original cores (non OE):• “High quality” marking on the product label• Non-genuine supplier labels• Shock absorber components in "high gloss" finish• ATC label• White seal• Spot welds• ALS valves (couplings).• Spot welded studs. Below we can see the examples of the characteristics described above. The list is not exhaustive and does not guarantee that the remaining cores will be accepted. The final decision rests with Arnott. Note: Arnott reserves the right to scrap returned cores that do not meet Arnott standards.
Neakceptējami piemēri
The "high quality" markings on the labels can be found in various places on the shock absorbers.
Non-genuine supplier labels. Some suppliers usually do not have OE pneumatic struts in their range. Such cores are not considered original and cannot be accepted. Below are some examples of non-original core designations. If in doubt, consult Arnott before returning the cores.
Finish. Bellows and shock absorber components finished with glossy, reflective paint are not original OE parts.
ATC Label The following ATC serial number label does not appear on original products
White Seal White sealant/adhesive is not used in original products to attach the cover to the top mount. OE products use push-in mounting without additional sealing.
Valves (fittings) ALS Valves marked as ALS are not OE valves, so the cores on which they appear are treated as non-original. Only shock absorbers with VOSS valves are considered original.
Spot-welded pins. Spot-welded pins qualify the core as non-genuine.
Spot welds on the valve housing and shock absorber joints indicate an aftermarket part. The only exception are the columns for the Mercedes-Benz S-Class W220 (AS-2193 & AS-2194) car, which have spot welds.
