RIVOLV

Requirements for the technical condition of dismantled electric steering gears

1. Housing and Mounts

The outer housing, transmission housing, mounting brackets to the body, and bolt holes must be free from cracks, deformations, or any signs of mechanical damage.

2. Steering Linkages

The steering linkages must be straight and 100% complete. Missing or sheared links, as well as links that are bent, welded, deformed, or mounted at a different angle, will disqualify the core.

3. Electrical and Control Systems (CRITICAL)
The power steering motor, ECU, electrical connectors, contacts, and wiring harness plugs must be undamaged. Any broken plastic plugs, cracks, bent pins, thermal deformation (melting), or signs of disassembly will immediately disqualify the core.

4. Mechanical Components and Threads
Spline teeth, threaded holes, and connection points must not be worn, damaged, or sheared. The gearbox must not be mechanically blocked.

5. Corrosion Protection and Completeness of the Assembly

The gearbox must be 100% complete, assembled, and not disassembled. Any disassembled or missing parts will result in immediate rejection. The gearbox must not be severely corroded (pitting weakening the structure).

6. Identification
Only original (OEM) gearboxes are accepted. The manufacturer's index or number must be legible and consistent with the reference product.
